Geforce Nvidia GTS 360M - overheating

I'm unhappy owner of Toshiba Qosmio X500-12D

I didn't notice or better to say I was not aware of problem until I started to play more games on this machine.

When I start up computer fans go high then low, lower on login of windows 7.

I tried to stress my CPU and fans go on higher levels, keeping CPU around 70°C and not over.

When I stress card with FurMark I get instantly over 90-100°C temps on my GPU :) I figured out that on battery VDDC (Gpu-z) stays on 0.85V and clocks are lower, and temp doesn't go above 75-80°C on max. But switching to adapter, VDDC goes to 1.05V, and without fans blowing faster temps are in few seconds around 100°C and computer shuts down around 105-108°C

Is this driver issue, or laptop issue ? I can't control fan speed nor Voltage of 360M ... I tried lots of drivers, but problem is still here. Can somebody tell me what to do.

Thanks.
