Sheheryar Posted October 16, 2010 Report Share Posted October 16, 2010 greetings.i hav recently upgraded my sony vaio FZ35M to win7 ultimate 32bit i cant find drivers for my sound card..nothing from sony support.they only provide drivers for xp & vista..i have tried drivers for vista but those not workng.. right now i have sound.windows have found my sound card "high definition audio device" manufacture : microsoft the problem is there are 2 microphones in recodring devices and i face trouble when i plugin headphones + mic in the jacks...i dont know default and default communication devices..huff... can i get my sigmatel high definition codec driver with just one microphone under recording devices ? i hope i explained my problem correctly current sound device hardware ids : HDAUDIO\FUNC_01&VEN_8384&DEV_7662&SUBSYS_104D1C00&REV_1002 HDAUDIO\FUNC_01&VEN_8384&DEV_7662&SUBSYS_104D1C00 plz guide me or i should get back to windows vista :) Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Nope, you will see no control panel settings, only the crappy setasio setting And you are fortunate, the setasio does not show up in Windows 7 x64 control panel BTW there is little chance that sony will ever update this driver, they dont use sigmatel on the newer machines so we are screwed Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
