Equal1zer
Hi! http://www.mxm-upgrade.com/5920G.html In this page, they're selling HD 4670. But i want to know will that card work on my 5920g safely? I know that it will produce much more heat than my 8600M GS. And will i need to do any modifications or flashing? I know that 4650 works without doing anything expect updating drivers but I'm not sure about the 4670. It's a little off topic but i also want to know if its possible to change both CPU and GPU. Thanks for your answers and sorry for my bad english. :) Edit: I sent a mail to them and this is what i got: Hi, It works just fine in the 5920. When we deliver the card, it runs with a core frequency of 400MHz. You can set it to the maximum frequency of 675 with a simple Windows tool. Or, if you want your notebook to run cooler, you can stick to the 400>MHz setting. br, Kris Verbeeck MXM Upgrade Edited October 26, 2010 by Equal1zer
