I'll be honest, mine only did that if the memory clock was too high, it used to reach 76 degrees then shoot up to 115 degrees in 5 seconds. You should check that the fans are getting sufficient airflow, by either using a can of compressed air, or just taking your laptop apart, and cleaning out the dust on both the gpu and cpu side.
