Punkbuster (restriction: multiple direct3D loaded-A) keep getting kicked from games

Laptop brand: Acer

Model: Aspire 5745G-7671

GPU: 2 GPUS (One Dedicated and one Integrated) Nvidia GeForce GT 420m and Intel HD

I am currently having an issue with this nvidia card, I can't seem to play any games with punkbuster enabled servers (BF:BC2, MOH, COD). I keeped getting kicked and an error pops up "Restriction: Multiple Direct3D loaded-A". Its been 3 months and nvidia has NOT released a fix, and punkbuster is just blaming nvidia driver issues as the cause. I am pulling my hair out, I don't know what to do!!!!!

can anyone, with the same GPU as mine please offer some help to fixing my problem. I've googled all over the place for answers, and it finally brought me here to these forums. please, I'm begging!!! T_T.
