i have no clue which driver update i need to download

so i have no idea what update is the most up to date one for my nvidia videocard i have the geforce go 7600

i have gone to nvidia website and downloaded what i thought was up to date driver but its still from 2 years ago. this cant be right. everyone tells me to come here but i have no idea what im reading or looking for.
