Urgently need driver for My Toshiba C660-1ME with NVIDIA GeForce 315M on WinXP 64bit

Really is there any way I can find (or even make) a driver for my NVIDIA GeForce 315M on Windows XP Pro x64 (SP2)

My Laptop is a Toshiba Satellite C660-1ME

My Full VGA Device Id is:

PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_0A7A&SUBSYS_FC901179&REV_A2\4&8F789FD&0&0008

I couldn't even use drivers for VISTA/64 or Win7/64

Can I make my own .INF or something, I tried several INF files but either not working or end up with BSOD :(

Seriously I've been trying for almost two weeks now without any success !!!
