can you help me please to raise my voltage of my video card

hello ... to all my name is yosi i ask from you all little bit help...

maybe you will know what i need to do .

i have the gtx 590 and i want to raise the voltage of this video card it will fix me several issue that i have in new games and more .. all i want and need is to raise the voltage with msi after burn .... but nvidia lock thie option for all gtx 590 card in all the new driver..

but if i setup driver version like 280.11 its beta driver but i found out that i can raise the voltage with this driver... and its possible with this version ..

what file ? i need to change between ..280.11 and 285.62 to make the voltage option work...of modified something? there is chance ? to do that ? how ...thanks to all !!!
