Rinn0gan
First of all sry for the topic but i dont know where to place anywhere else. I have an Lenovo thinkpad w520 with a nVidia Quadro 1000M and Intel Core i7-2720QM. After the new Windows Update 1803 i got surprisingly a new nVidia driver ( which i never got bevor ) . After this all went to a mess , my graphics card not really is working anymore and with the current driver 377.55 m. My card just works sometimes and sometimes not , whatever I have changed in the settings and its just weird. So I think that I have got the wrong driver . I would be really thankful if somebody could recommend the best driver for the nVidia Quadro 1000M or an solution !
StefanG3D
There is no "best driver", but here is the most recent driver 392.00 for Fermi generation: https://forums.laptopvideo2go.com/topic/32448-geforce-39200-quadro/?tab=comments#comment-153044 Otherwise try drivers recommended by Lenovo: https://pcsupport.lenovo.com/de/de/products/laptops-and-netbooks/thinkpad-w-series-laptops/thinkpad-w520/downloads Describe precisely what is not working: -boot failures -blue screen of death -GPU disappears from device manager -particular applications crash
