Fixes & Enhancements

- Fixed the issue where the DisplayPort port cannot display 30 Hz resolution on an 8K monitor. This issue occurs when the 8K monitor is connected to the system through the HD22Q dock using DisplayPort port.
- Fixed the issue where a Windows error message is displayed after resuming from the system from hibernate mode. This issue occurs when a 8k monitor is connected to the system through the HD22Q dock.
- Fixed the issue where the UHD panel flickers in discrete mode on Precision 7540 system.
- Fixed the issue where the UHD panel displays a distorted or black screen during the boot process.
