RealTek Audio Manager cannot be installed, Audio Jack Dialog Popup won't show when my earphone is plugged

I couldn't seem to install RealTek Audio Device Manager. Here is my device specification

The reason why I want to install RealTek Audio Manager is that my current setup doesn't seem to recognize my earphone. I thought this would solve the problem.
