Q: When I launch Alan Wake 2 I get a message saying “Your GPU driver is outdated. Please update it to a newer version.”

A: We are aware of this issue. Members can click OK to continue through the prompt and play the game. We are working on releasing a driver update so users will not see this message in the future

Q: When playing Alan Wake 2 on GeForce NOW, I get a warning message about the game installed on a Hard Disk Drive (HDD). How do I fix this?

A: All GeForce NOW data centers use Solid State Drives (SDD). Due to how this game detects storage on GeForce NOW, this message will be seen on sessions connected to a GeForce RTX 2080 cloud gaming rig. For now, members can press OK to dismiss the message. We are working with the developer to remove this inaccurate message in the future.
