20.22 inf lowered fps on Unreal 2004!!

Has anyone else installed the new 20.22 inf file? I just installed it and set everything back up the way it was before the install and I dropped from around 60 fps on Unreal 2004 down to around 45 fps. Has anyone else had this happen?
