Guest - D.Com -
I used to have an ATi Mobility Radeon 7500 in my Dell Inspiron 8100 - with the ATi drivers came a nifty QuickRes feature, where I could click on the ATi icon in the system tray and change the system resolution there. Now I have a Quadro4 700 GoGL, and I'm using the 42.57 drivers with Pieter's INF (forgot what version :|). I can see no QuickRes equivalent using this driver/INF - instead I have to go into Display properties and change resolutions in there. Is there a driver/INF combination that has a QuickRes feature that I'm looking for? Take care, and SMILE!!! =)
mobilenvidia
This feature was finally added with the 5x.xx drivers. Right click icon (taskbar) then screen resolution. 42.57 doesn't have it and noway of enabeling it. Sorry, Pieter.
Guest - D.Com -
I was rather afraid I'd have to give up the v42 drivers, they really gave me the best performance. Guess I'll go with the v53.13 drivers then - Korpowski's results seem to suggest they're the best of the v5x.xx breed of drivers. Cheers,
