I have a chance at a GeForce FX Go 5600 and was wondering if it is worth upgrading from a GeForce4 4200 Go .....??? if so would it fit into my Dell Inspiron 8500... the card is 8X AGP and I am not sure my laptop will support that ... or is it backwords compatiable ??? thanks oxygencube Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
ThE NiTz Posted July 8, 2004 Report Share Posted July 8, 2004 hey bro i got it and it rocks, the only problem im having is that the cpu gets so hot cause i have a pcmcia card that adds about 10c higher to the heat that the cpu lowers itself to 1200 instead of 2600, so what speed is ur p4m, and i reccomend it and use the 5303 drivers on it ull get the best performance on dx8 and 9 with that driver and more q's just post and ill try my best. hope that helped niTz Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
