siupi
I have a GeForce FX Go5600 with 64 MB RAM, the rest of my system you can see under my avatar. Anyhow in my opinion my benchmark-results are really bad. I think a notebook like mine should have better results. I use 3DMark03 with these options: Resolution: 1024x768 Anti-Aliasing: 2 sample AA Texture Filtering: Trilinear Max Anisotropy: 4 Vertex Shaders: Optimal my results are: with 56.72 1525 3DMarks with 61.71 1531 3DMarks with 61.80 1532 3DMarks Isn't that too bad for such a system? Please help me! :) And in addition I wanted to ask how you can get a GeForce Card with 256MB RAM in your notebook? :) Is there any possibility for upgrading my Video-RAM? Guest Falqon
man, take off the Anti Aliasing, and junk. You're not running a default bench like the rest of us. No AA or AF and I can't remember if you should be using bi or tri filtering. Find the "default" button.
siupi
Ok, so I took out that junk. At default options I get 1909 3DMarks with 61.80 But isn't it nevertheless too bad?
mobilenvidia
siupi, Yes your score is rather low for a g05600, look at the performance page on the website (see signature below). You should be gettng at least 2300. Make sure everything is set to max performance when benchmarking. Also turn of AA, vsync etc Benchmarks are run this way to test the performance not the quality. Also stick with default resolution (1024x768x32). This should get you a higher score. Pieter.
Guest Plazmodeus
Hey I am having a similar problem: http://forums.laptopvideo2go.com/index.php?showtopic=5933 ...with a very similar Toshiba P10. This is a bit of a mystery. I wonder of there's someone at Toshiba who could help us out. I'm new to this site/forums, does the admin here know anyone who could help? Just out of curiosity, have you measured your FSB speed? In 3Dmark's results browser, mine is listed as N/A. Whats that mean? Can a system not have an FSB? Hmmmmmm....... -A-
jabberwalky
I have had the same problem at the beginning with my Toshi. Look if your CPU works at full Speed. Set the cooling option at max. cooling. In my case the CPU works only with 1200 mhz or 1600 mhz. I don`t know why. But after drying with this settings my score raises.
