You only find them in budget derivats of power cards, normaly labeld with se or le (eg FX 6600 le). i was lucky with a ati 9500 (no pro) with 4 lines, which i could upgrade to the voll 8 pipes. But with every new driver, you need to unlock again and sometimes, the old tool does not work anymore und you have to wait a month or two for the updated tool.
