chefdeez Posted June 19, 2005 Report Share Posted June 19, 2005 I used to play BF vietnam on my laptop with no problem. Also C&C generals with the original drivers that came with my laptop. I recently reformatted my comp. and only games fom EA are slow. Game play in single player and multiplayer seem smooth but moving around and any actions are really in sllloooowww motion and low fps. I know alot of people have problems with BFV but now any other games from EA are the same for me. I have tried multiple drivers here they all function well with my system except no changes for games From EA. even the BF2 demo driver had the same result for me playing BF2. (also DVD play doesnt work for me with this driver). When I load any EA game now the intro is choppy, slow and sound is choppy also. This is a sure shot to a super slow game. When I install new drivers I uninstall the previous ones first. I also use Driver Cleaner Pro. currently I'm using the 67.02 driver I'm gonna go to the 71.89 in a moment.
