Guest Lance Uppercut
Hi - I'm having difficulties in using the self installers from NVidia ( the ones that support go 6800 where you dont have to change the INF). I keep getting: "cannot find a driver that recognises hardware" In fact, the only self installer that does work is the Dell one. I unstall current drivers and use drivercleaner before trying the new install. Has anybody got any suggestiuons? I'm currently trying to get 81.87 or 81.95 to work. i9300, Go6800, 1.86 Centrino, 1.5Gb
LSudlow
You have to install manually, using the "have disk" method. You can find instructions here.
mobilenvidia
nVidia only support Clevo machines with those 'Mobile' drivers :) I would have thought Dell to be just as big if not bigger customer for go7800's and go6800 (Utlra's) Dell are the kings of OEM settings though and would probably want to do the updates them selves.
