Bad Performance when displaying web page graphics

Everything's cool now that i have the Inspiron 9300 with 2 gigs RAM, 1.86 ghz centrino, etc etc

One thing i noticed when i was browsing webpages is that the computer seemed to load choppy images (Animated GIFS, etc etc, flash). Now, this doesnt' happen on my ThinkPad R51, but happens over here in a much more powerful computer. Can anyone explain that?

Choppy images?

You mean like lagging?

Or corrupted looking images/webpages? :)

I would suggest some different drivers (82.10 for starters) and make sure hardware accelleration is turned on. (in the GPU advanced settings, next to the nvidia control panel [not in it], is a slider, should be all the way up)
