The 13.27" x 9.37" x 1.25" D620 has a base weight of 4.37 pounds and 5 pounds with an optical drive and 6-cell battery. A german PDF file from Dell.com seems to be the culprit to Dell's leak this time. Last week, Dell Japan accidentally spilled the beans on the 2407WFP display. The D620 will be available with Core Solo and Core Duo processors ranging from 1.66GHz to 2.16GHz. A minimum of 512MB will be included while a maximum of 4GB DRAM is supported. Read more.
