hello i have tried many drivers and most of them crash counter strike source at start up and reboot automatically. I found one that didnt crash but it puts my frames at 23 and laggs like crazy at halo making it unplayable. any advice would be helpful.

I forgot to mention I have a sonyvaio VGN-FS660 with a 1.73ghz intel pentium M processor and a GeForce Go 6200 graphics card

also forgot this I have tried 71.89, 77.77, 78.05, and 84.12. 84.12

Do you have the latest STEAM patches? (read Do you have a legit copy?)

I used 78.05 and 84.25 and 84.30 without any problems on my laptop. Be sure to turnoff both VSYNC and AntiAliasing.

I believe it crashes when you launch/connect to a game.

I always had luck with 67.02, and it's what I'm still using now. Sure it's an old driver, but it works very nicely.

...But on second thought it may be too old for your graphics chip.

Dude you replied to a Guest that is long gone...

Anyway I'm starting to think that TurboCache can cause a lot of problems with CSS.
