rotpar
hi am new to all of this. and i need some help. this is my laptop dell precision m4600 quadro 2000M ( PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_0DDA&SUBSYS_14A31028 ) windows 10 i was using for long time official driver v 377 from nvidia website. i came across driver version 390.65 wich works ok. so i decided to try and see if i can get a newer or latest driver i could use with my GPU. and after some resarch ive read that 391.35 its the latest for fermi. and also seen some 392.00 drivers. this wont install copatibility fails. so found out that nvcleanstall can add id hardware. i already use it to remove stuff. from driver i only need dirver (of couse) physix, optimus and hdmi hd audo. when i use this and add the hardware id it installs but there are some problems and here is where i need help if someone could help or exlpain.. driver installs cann see it on device manager no error there.. but if i try to open nvidia control panel then i get error nvidia settings are not available / currently not attached ect ect. when i do a bench mark the name of the GPU and temp downt show. also in nvidia inspector name and GPU are blank.. so what am i doing wrong.?? am i stuck on 390.65.??? why i face this error on drivers that i added hardware id. thank you in advance

I meant from the modded ones to get a glimpse what's missing. You can quickly flip drivers using previous driver option in device manager. In this screenshot you see that CUDA and OpenCL (which is dependent on it) are missing. Probably you find a hint when checking "view all events" in device manager. IDK how thoroughly NVCleanstall had been tested with Fermi architecture drivers. Try this driver, the last one i had modded GeForce 392.62 Quadro Fermi (+ mod. INF)
